What began as a simple travel agency has grown over the years, under AD Bhambhani’s leadership, into the dynamic, multi-national, and multi-service operation that is today the ADM Group. ADM Travel Consultancy Services is founded in Saudi Arabia. The initial assignments were to accommodate travelers from around by providing them fully serviced travel packages.

ADM Announces Detailed 5-Year Growth Plan
Investor Relations
ADM announced a detailed plan to sustain earnings growth, drive growth across all businesses via productivity and innovation, and return good value to shareholders.
The company is also making efforts to lower carbon emissions. Management expects net incremental operating growth of $340 Million. The company also anticipates a profit payout ratio of 30-40%. ADM forecasts a 10% return on capital to continue, which is significantly ahead of the company’s long-term weighted average cost of capital of 7%.
The company is progressing well with its existing Strive 35 goals, which aim at reducing energy and water use, and Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions. Notably, ADM is likely to reduce Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions by 25% from a 2019 baseline by 2035.
ADM Investment in EV will assist in achieving the goal by 2027. ADM has already started to seek opportunities in Asian Market to expand its Hotel segment and by the end of 2028, ADM anticipates to open 10 self-invested Five-Star Hotels in China and 25 as operating partners.

ADM Group has established its Subsidiary, “Shanghai ADM International”in order to commence the initial phase of investment in China. ADM already has started the negotiations with Chongzhou city, Qing yang district, Qing Bai Jiang and Wuhou District Government officials in Chengdu, These will be the first three of total five, five star hotels with an investment of CYN 1.8 billion in Chengdu by ADM Group.
